Well I can't believe 6 months has already gone by but it is true. Carter has been so much fun and I am just loving all his silly little giggles and the cute way he wakes up and just lays in his crib and talks to himself (which is way less urgent than crying so I get a few extra minutes to wake up) and the fun rolling over, eating new foods, scootin around the house on his belly, and everything else that comes with this age. He weighs a woppin 14 lb. 4 oz. (which isn't really big but sounds HUGE to me!) and he is healthy and growing! We are just in love with him.

Because we had just gotten back from Cali we didn't do much for Memorial Day... Brett worked and I got to go to a picnic at the park with my parents, Gretta (Erik had to work too), Eric and Krystal and all their cute little kiddies. Carter loved watching all of them playing on the stuff and I loved taking a million pictures.

and he is still a little trooper who lets us drag him pretty much anywhere and still loves us!

Every thursday night there is a farmers market in the city Brett's brother lives in and every time we have gone to visit them we go to it. It is so much fun and has really good food! It was a little late and Carter was so tired that we just wrapped him up in the stroller... it was kind of funny looking but it worked. This is Brett drinking some of the incredible fresh mixed berry lemonade

He was so cute and he didn't really want to sleep all day but he was really good considering.

Yes Carter is under the little blanket because we were really trying to get him to sleep at least a little bit that day
