Trying to get a handle on blogging

So I used to think that the day we had a baby I would be all into blogging and everything but every time I get on the computer I end up just looking at other peoples blogs... and the weird thing is that I am sad when our friends and families don't update their blogs. So my goal is to be a little better about letting everyone know what is going on. Since the last post a lot has happened... I did get my gall bladder out, which is supposed to be an outpatient procedure but I ended up in the hospital for 3 days with 2 surgeries and then feeling completely sorry for myself went to stay with my mom for a few days after that. I am a sissy I admit it. (moms are the best) Then the next week it was time to go back to work but luckily only a few hours a week because I miss cute little Carter and end up spending more time checking up on him than anything else. He looks like a shrunken Brett and loves his mommy to talk, sing, and read to him and already weighs a womping 10 lbs 2 oz.! I think that is ginormous even though it is still a little below average for his age. He is a happy little kiddo with a lot of energy. Oh and just to let you all know... we officially know that plane rides do not bug him seeing as at 2 months old he had been on 5 different planes, he did not even cry other than the usual "I am hungry, feed me" cry. People came up to us after each flight and commented on how surprised at how good of a baby he is. I agree he is a good baby. We just love him! So there is a little update... and watch for pictures soon because we just got a nice new camera and are learning how to use it so we will have a lot of pics!

Argh. You got me! I'm

Argh. You got me! I'm sorry, Lana, I'm sorry! Will you ever forgive me? I promise to update my blog now that I've seen the cutest little nephew under 4 months old EVER! Our car is still broken, but those pictures make me want to WALK to Utah just to see little Carter and hold him in person. Carrying Abby, Hallie, and Scamp and all our bags. On stilts even. That's how cute he is!
